How long does delivery take?

Orders shipped from our UK warehouse are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.^[2]

Where does OBDPRICE ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and many other international destinations.

Important Fulfillment Notice

To provide the fastest delivery service possible, orders are normally fulfilled from the nearest available warehouse based on the delivery destination.

However, due to inventory availability, product demand, warehouse replenishment schedules, or product-specific requirements, certain products may occasionally be fulfilled from our Hong Kong distribution center and shipped directly to the destination country via international air freight.

When this occurs, delivery may take longer than the standard delivery estimates shown above. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping from our Hong Kong distribution center does not affect product authenticity, warranty coverage, customer support, or return eligibility.

How will my delivery be shipped?

Orders to the UK may be shipped by different carriers depending on the parcel size and product type.

• MK908 II and above – typically delivered by Yodel, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other suitable carriers.
• Smaller products are generally delivered by Royal Mail or other local courier services.
• International shipments may be handled by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent logistics providers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all items arrive together whenever possible.

However, products may be stored in different warehouses. In such cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels and arrive separately.

Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@obdprice.com with your order number and name.

Important Shipping Notes:

• Products may ship separately if they are stored in different warehouses.
• Available shipping methods vary depending on products and delivery destinations.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, or other force majeure events.
• Couriers generally deliver Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.
• Some products may occasionally be fulfilled from our Hong Kong distribution center when local inventory is unavailable.

What should I notice before shipping?

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

For security reasons, we may not be able to modify shipping addresses after an order has been processed.

OBDPRICE is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns & Return Warehouse

All approved returns must be sent to our designated United Kingdom return warehouse, regardless of the warehouse from which the order was originally shipped.^[4]

Even if your order was fulfilled from our Hong Kong distribution center or another international fulfillment center, returns should not be sent back to the original shipping warehouse unless specifically instructed by our support team.

Please contact support@obdprice.com before returning any item. Our support team will provide the correct return instructions and return address after reviewing your request.
